The promised character template

Here's a blank character outline that the_emu posted to the MA mailing list once upon a time. I've found it quite useful over the past few years, so I thought I'd post it here for everyone to share. You don't have to use this to outline your character(s), but it may be a good idea since it goes into a lot of really specific details. Whenever I've used it, I've found that it makes me grow extremely familiar and comfortable with a character before I ever begin writing.

If you have any ideas for the direction you might want this shared world to go in, feel free to share them. What kind of a world do we want to create? Where do we want it to take place? Is this a fantasy universe, or is it more real-world? Does it take place in the present? The future? The past? Once we get some kind of direction going, we can start talking plot and characters. :)
