Mt best friend is having anxiety attacks pretty offten now and I really don't know how to help her.Does anyone know what she could do to lessen them?I am worried about her.She seems to have them more when she is alone.I was thinking meditation. but not really truely meditated myself I have tried but always fell asleep.

im had panic attacks for a couple years now...i really havent found a way to help them but mine just get better as time goes by and i can usually tell when im going to so i can leave the room....nothing to worry about...it looks a lot worse than it really is once you get use to it
