the "cleansing," i don't know, i think it's a bad idea. i'm back on weight watchers, you should do it with me! we'll support each other!!!

I'm always trying to do it -- gained 5 lbs in the last month or so, and I NEED to lose it because my "smaller" jeans are fitting anymore....DAMN that pisses me off!! What is your email address?
