Kyuhyun is far from even being an amateur when we are talking about expressing the feelings. He keeps things in his mind, rarely get upset, always doing his own affairs, and rarely socialized. Because of his personality, he always makes the people who know him to wonder, why Lee Sungmin, his cheerful, energetic, charming, adorable boyfriend love him so much?
1- When he’s upset, hold him tight.
“What’s wrong with a pink bunny? Everyone loves pink!” he jumps and screams as Kyuhyun is packing his old plushies that he dumped at his lover’s house. Kyuhyun sighs and keeps putting the all-pink soft toys into boxes.
“Men don't play pink toys, Sungmin. They don't even play toys! And you almost killed me last night with the bunny - valanche from my closet. In case if you don’t remember it.”
Sungmin puckers his lips, and walks to the kitchen, upset about the stupid bunny thing.
But then a warm pair of hands wraps him from behind, and a ‘sorry’ is heard. He tries to get away, but the hug just gotten tighter. Finally he surrenders, and tickles the hands on his waist.
“Sorry for hurting you, and sorry because I’m still throwing the bunnies away. I need to live anyway.”
But Sungmin just doesn’t care anymore.
2- Play with his hair.
“Sungmin-ah, come here for a second.” Kyuhyun asks him while waving his hand as a sign to come near. Sungmin furrows his brows. Kyuhyun was playing his game just now, what makes him stop and turns to him?
“What’s wrong?” he asks, but Kyuhyun is not answering. Instead, he pulls his boyfriend closer and dusts his hair, as if some bugs are crawling on it. “There’s something stuck in your hair, Sungmin.”
“What is it?? Take it off, take it off!!” Sungmin pats his head frantically with both his hands when Kyuhyun holds them, stopping Sungmin.
“Why should I take it off? I put it there in the first place.”
“Ehh?? What is it?? Kyuhyun I’ll kill you if it’s a bug!!!” as soon as he tries to face Kyuhyun, his boyfriend pulls him from the back into his embrace, and buries his nose into the minty scent hair.
“I put a kiss here. Still wanna take it off?”
Sungmin shakes his head.
3- Kiss him for no reason.
He just finished his bath when Kyuhyun came from the living room, pulled his neck and kissed him at the speed of lightning and then dashed away. Kyuhyun was going to sleep.
He was cooking breakfast when Kyuhyun came with his bed hair and sleepy eyes, put his hands under Sungmin’s apron, tickled his waist and kissed him when he turned his head back and laughed. Kyuhyun had just woke up.
He was reading the newspaper when Kyuhyun snuck under the papers and stole a kiss from him. The papers then left wet. Kyuhyun had just finished his morning bath.
He was cleaning his dishes when Kyuhyun stood next to him, pulled his chin and kissed him passionately. “Thanks for the meal,” he said. Kyuhyun had just finished his breakfast.
4- Get him mad at you, and then kiss him.
Sungmin wants to have a romantic dinner with Kyuhyun at Kyuhyun’s house since it’s their anniversary. He prepares everything, from the coleslaw, to the steaks, to the creamy desserts afterwards. But all Kyuhyun does is slouching on the couch doing nothing.
And now he’s upset. The table is ready, the night is here, yet Kyuhyun still doesn't take his bath. And it’s already fifteen minutes past eight.
“If you’re still wanna sleep, eat by yourself. I’m leaving.”
He grabs his coat and walks towards the door, when Kyuhyun pulls him from the back and kiss his lips.
“Finally you’re angry. I love it when you’re angry. Happy anniversary, baby.”
“And I just tried my best not to be pissed by you today.”
5- Just talk to him.
“Wanna go on a date?” Sungmin shook his head. Kyuhyun grunted.
“Wanna watch a movie?” Sungmin shook his head. Kyuhyun clucked his tongue against the teeth.
“Wanna go shopping?” Sungmin shook his head. Kyuhyun banged his head on the wall lightly when Sungmin wasn’t watching.
“Wanna have a bath together?” Sungmin shook his head. His cheeks were red. Kyuhyun smirked.
“Wanna kiss?” Sungmin nodded slowly after a few minutes. Kyuhyun pulled him close, and gave him what he wanted. Later Sungmin asked him;
“Why are you so concerned about me today?”
“Because you weren’t talking, so I guess it’s my turn to do the work today.”
6- Tell him you love him, and mean it.
“I love you,” Kyuhyun said, eyes on the computer screen. Sungmin lifted his head, he thought he heard Kyuhyun said something just now.
“What?”
Kyuhyun still didn't look away from the screen, but he repeated the words.
“I love you.”
“Uhuh,” Sungmin said, and continued his work. Kyuhyun stopped playing and turned to Sungmin, who was still concentrating at his work. Kyuhyun then knocked his desk, and that made Sungmin to lifted his head again and saw a smiling Kyuhyun in front of him.
“I love you. And I mean it.”
“I know. Same here.”
They laughed.
