Awe, don't dry. All will be okay. Your trip will be the ultimate test, and when you're still together in a year, you'll know you both can withstand anything! :)

hehe, Kat is most definitely right :) look on the bright side - it will be fun, a hugely new experience, and all German-y! :) i'm sure it will all be ok - and maybe ya'll can even visit every so often by taking a train and meeting each other? Germany isnt so big :)

You can cry a little, but only to the point at which it makes you feel better.

You have an amazing opportunity to grow as an individual. Based on my own experiences, it will probably be a lot of fun, very hard, and you'll swing back and forth between wanting to go home NOW and never, ever wanting to leave.

Sometimes I think the best way to grow as a couple is to grow on your own and see where it takes you.

...ich verstehe. I'm actually really excited about the chance to be on my own and experience something. At the same time, though, it just feels so foreign.
Anyway, he's going to be in Frankfurt and we'll talk and see each other some weekends.
It's just...weird.
