Sadness at Coastal Federal Credit Union
It's a sad day at my credit union.
There are no more tellers! You just stand in front of this R2D2 screen and talk with the Indian lady (who says she is in the same town as I am). The robot does all the cash dispensing or cash collecting. If you need them to print you a cashier's check that comes out of a printer in the branch that one of the few actual humans in the building brings to you.
Looks like I need to move my personal account over to BB&T (where I already moved my business account). They know my name when I walk in the branch and tease me every time about when I am going to open a personal account there.
