I admire that you seem calm about this. I would be having a freaking heart attack. But then again, I'm crazy; you are much more sane than I and with the way things are currently going I think I might just shut down one day and wake up to realize I've missed a whole week of reality.

I'm *so* sorry to hear about all of your tribulations. I'd give you a huge hug and a back massage if I wasn't in Irvine; sounds like you could really use it. ;_; Hang in there, Roger. I admire your level-headedness about this entire ordeal. Since you're clearly not happy with where you are and with all of AI's blatant inadequacies, maybe it's time you seriously consider your alternative options at this point.
