Less concerned about fitting into the world. Your world, that is
Ah, a vacation with no plans, one of the best kinds. I've done a shitload of nothing all week, save play games and fix my vast collection of music files. It's nice to not have to stress over anything for once while I'm off work.
On a brighter note, I'll be getting a pay raise next week. I won't go into the boring details, but the temp service I work for took over the Temp-to-hire program at the plant. Pay raise is gooooood. Hopefully the new insurance is better. Now I just have to hope the plant lifts the hiring freeze once my time is up in a couple of years.
Things have otherwise been more of the same lately. Oh, if I have mentioned it before, Tony and Angie are pregnant. They just found out today that it's going to be a girl. Gods save us all.
Edit: Added Thought - I've getting the urge more and more lately to create something with my hands. No, I already do that frequently enough, thanks. I'm not sure why, or what I'm going to do about it. I can't draw, paint, or anything like that. I don't really have any hand tools, let alone power tools. Looking through alternative mediums, I recalled a video I saw a few years back about things called 'My Guys' made out of polymer clay. Maybe I'll look into something like that, only using my twisted psyche and dark matter musings to create minions for my army. Or maybe I'll find something else.
