I've had a hopeful week.  Went in Tuesday to turn in an application, interview, and have the initial orientation for one of my job prospects.  Thursday I had to go in for a urine and hair drug screen for this same job.  Yesterday I had a physical  for it.  Now all I have to do is wait some more.  Hopeful, but I'm tired of waiting.  I've been doing ( Read more... )

Splurged a little tonight and went to see Iron Man in the theater, in Digital Projection too.  I have to say they did an excellent job with it.  I'm not usually a fan of Robert Downey Jr., and I was initially worried about his role as Tony Stark.  I need not have feared, however, he played the part really well.  The special effects were also ( Read more... )
