Valentine's Day at the office, 2007. (I know it's sort of hopelessly late for that, but I didn't realize how crazy writing a fic for a deadline in a TV fandom is---the new canon! thank you for pointing out those Oscar and Stanley moments, because they're more peripheral characters, and i wasn't as sure about their lines/scenes as i was about the stuff with Michael or Dwight or Pam.

and i'm so glad that the opening talking head worked, too. it was the first concept i had for the fic and the first part i wrote, and it felt so important to get things right in the opening.

my job has been making me Fail At the Internet recently (obviously, since it's taken me like two weeks to reply to this comment!), too, so i'm not at all...offended or anything.

anyway, i'm glad you liked it! i had so much fun putting the pictures together and everything. and i'm glad you requested an ensemble-ish fic, because it was such an interesting thing to try and give all the characters something to do.
