[There's an elegant woman examining the communicator in her hand with some seriousness. Her makeup is... dramatic, and her skin is most certainly green, but it does seem to be intentional. Once she is certain the communicator is... communicating, she raises an eyebrow and speaks.
Her voice is low, and melodious. It may well be familiar.]
Now that I have been appropriately processed, and further appropriately scolded for attempting to escape this strange 'cage' they call a city, I think I will have to rely on the kindness of... hah. Strangers.
[She can't seem to decide if she's amused or disgusted, and her lips twitch in what might be a smile.]
Never a position I wish to be in for long, but I see little other option. The portals between worlds here are confused - I can't seem to find an open channel back, and I had work to complete there.
If there are any willing to offer assistance, I may be willing to... provide recompense.
[She smiles at the last word, as if the idea of payment amuses her, and it remains for a moment. Then her entire face curves into a scowl as she glares into the video, and leans closer to the communicator, unaware that the angle might be less attractive. Or that she might block out light.]
