So the Vons fire was on the apartments above it, so the fire damage to vons is really minimal but they were hosing the building for hours so it's the water damage that's going to be the killer. However, Vons has insurance and will probably reopen in spring. That is whatI know.

my mom heard on the news that it´s going to reopen in a matter of days, so we won´t have to wait until spring!

*shiver* vons, bad memories, having to stay there for like hours while my friends just sifted through music....gaaaaaaaaaaaaah, but i'm glad no major damage, though i feel bad for the ppl in the apartments
