that's why you don't try to please other people. one day my mom says to me (suggestively) you know, if you dressed... differently, you would meet.. new people i smiled and said yes, that's true, but if i'm meeting them just because of the way i'm dressed, they're not getting an inaccurate idea of who i am. my mom:... yeah, i guess you're right...
Thats not my point actually. Most of my clothes are my brothers' hand-me-downs, so they're either too big, too baggy, or too out of fashion. It never used to really bother me, until I started to get some fashion sense and realize that I simply don't look good in 'em. (and that ppl started telling me to dress better) I have a East/West wardrobe actually. My brothers like urban wear (plain colours and the like), which is why they don't really like my more outstanding clothes. (think hongkong fashion) :P
ah fashion senseblinkyeyedJuly 14 2003, 00:21:54 UTC
why didn't you say so? ;P
to be honest, i couldn't tell if a look was west/east/north or south. i make up my own fashion. (if it can be called that) ;D *maybe i'll take pics sometime*
i understand now. that's cool that you're deciding to dress nicer. i actually went through that during the beginning of this year. you feel good when you look good... and that's good stuff. ;D
ahhhh, again with the baggy-ness :P i ain't a wannabe! its just oversized hand-me-down clothes! and the point is: i need to start dressing better. teeheehee
