Lovely. Have I mentioned how jealous I am? Not that you're living in New York because it's cold there and I hate cold. And I don't really want to live smack in the middle of a metropolitan area where the loud noise of cars echoes in your brain. And it kind of smells funny in New York. Okay, so maybe I'm not jealous. Just happy for you. Congratulations on your smelly, cold, loud apartment. It looks awesome.
