It's starting to feel official

I've terminated my lease, cancelled my gym membership, reserved a UHaul truck and started giving away furniture. The move to Athens is starting to feel real, finally.

i'm right there with you. i reserved my truck today but i've heard recent horror stories of how that doesn't mean anything. just something else to obsess about for another 3 weeks.

this is true. when britt (the bf) moved, we showed up to pick up the uhaul, and they didn't have the one he wanted. they had a GIANT truck which was much too large. we ended up canceling the reservation, renting a trailer in athens and driving it to albany to pick up his stuff. it was a fiasco.

Please remember that if you have some living room furniture you want to give away, I will be MORE THAN HAPPY to take it off your hands. The only bad thing is that it will have to make the trek to Athens. But I am more than willing to a unpacking mule.
