Leap year type journal?
Hi.
It feels like Febuary 29th in winter when I feel lIke writing a post. It has almost been 4 years since I last wrote on this blog. Looking back, it was usually on the 4th quarter of the year when I blog anything. And this post isnt any different. Maybe I get more writing feels this time of the year.
Anyway, It's my 4th year in the Arashi fandom! I have lasted this long, omgosh. I have witnessed a show ending and new ones starting. I've seen communities start, take hiatus(es?), and spiral into RL matters. And sometimes I wonder if I ever have the courage to leave fandom and focus on RL things. For the time being, I can't imagine myself not fangirling over these boys. There were times when I did have to focus on RL (like finishing thesis and stuff) and I had to minimize (as much as I could) the time spent on procrastinating (but I could never get rid of the habit of checking manga updates XD). In the end I always come back to the comforting smiles and antics of the boys.
For them it has been 15 years since they started as a group and many things may have change over that course of time. Even in the short 4 years I have spent in the fandom I have felt the changes in it and in myself. I, for one, have finally graduated from school and am a registered Chemist now (yay!). And the road to that goal may have been quite bumpy and uncertain but miraculously I (and my fellow schoolmates) have finally reached this point. Honestly, I don't know what to do now but like my favorite song on "The Digitalian" album title says, I will take it One Step at time.
I might be taking it slow (or rather not moving at all) at this moment, but a few years later, maybe in another 4, I might be taking a new and exciting path as I update this journal again. If not, who cares, I will be alright. However slow I may be, I'll take it one step at a time, moving to a future that will be awesome (most probably). Cheers to the future!
I have been drawing though, a bit. or rather, I want to draw more? I can only ever do heads though, like what body? :))
Other updates arent worth mentioning other than helping my sis cosplay is hard work :)). I am now her PA, I swear :))

Omg, I don't think I can take seeing Satoshi cry in the VS special next week. omg omg omg ><

this year's village trick or treating was so much fun. I was Steve from minecraft out of pure randomness and lack of motivation to actually dress up. But I was the one that was the most popular with the kids lol. Had a few snaps with them even (I was smiling in my box lol). Halloween is definitely one of my favorite times of the year.

It has almost been a year since I went to Japan and until now I cant believe I was there. Like, it was a dream ok. After coming home with a cold and needing a long rest, which I did take, and not even getting up for the new year's fireworks, it really felt like a dream. Oh dear Lord please bring me back there. huhuhuhu. I couldnt even wrap in my mind that Arashi was so close to me somewhere there omg omg omg. Ok, end rant.
I need to be a more responsible adult. Omg, how do I adult??? :))))))
