I KIND OF LOVE IT MADLY MADLY. O_____O the role reversal (romeo as sheltered engaged-against-his-will aristocrat and juliet as the swordweldin punk o the street) freshens things up. not to mention the flying horses! william shakespeare as a character! my impression of the series so far is that it's very well animated (great art direction) and kind

I liked it too and the music was awesome in the intro, but did shakespeare really need to be that flamboyant? hahah

i'm glad they made mercutio kinda hateful(half lidded eyes of evil!) so i don't feel so bad about his upcoming death (if they follow the original R&J)

i am so confused already by everything they have already changed, it is more like they took the general gist of things and then made up a bunch of crap ard it lols

the only thing i didnt rly like was how juliet goes from being all NANDA AITSU >( to OMG RABU AT FIRST SIGHT without much in between XD;;
