A/N: I wanted to write something and this comes out. Kinda random? I was listening to Tegomass. AU. And, random-ish title is random-ish.

“What’re you looking at?”
Yabu shook his head.
“Just that billboard, Hika.”
“Hey!Say!7?”
He nodded in affirmation.
“Why? Are you planning on applying to be in Johnny’s anytime soon?” he nudged his friend in a teasing manner.
Swatting Hikaru off, he said, ”I don’t know, maybe?” with a slight shrug.
Laughing, Hikaru dragged the boy to their designated place; a coffee shop.
“Welcome~” arriving there, they were greeted with the chime of the bell and the fleeting welcome by the barista.
“Dai-chan! The usual please,” said Hikaru cheerfully.
“Coming right up!” said another voice at the back.
“Sasuga, Inoo-chan. You’re always so prepared, aren’t you?” Yabu complimented. Inoo simply laughed since he was used to Yabu’s compliments every time he visits the cafe.
“Hey, hey! Did you know, Yabu wants to be in Johnny’s,” the mischievous smile on Hikaru’s face started to grow bigger and bigger.
“I do not!” denied Yabu.
“Eh? Really?” Daiki’s eyes grew big as he handed them their orders.
“Hmm, I got a friend in Johnny’s, you know,” Inoo joined in the conversation; “maybe we could all join and be in a group.”
“What?! No, I’m not wearing a feather boa or sparkly suits. No way,” Hikaru shook his head vehemently.
“I don’t know, maybe we should send in your application,” Yabu thought Hikaru as an idol is hilarious.
“Nonono! You will do no such things!”
The other three laughed and then, another voice joined in.
“It’s not like you’ll be able to pass the audition anyway,” the guy smirked.
“BAKAKI!” yelled Hikaru, getting attention from other customers.
“Yo!” the guy gave a mock-salute to the four people. “Why are you guys talking about Hika being an idol?”
“It’s Yabu!”
“No, it’s not!”
While those two were still arguing, he turned to the other two.
“Inoo-chan?” he said, prompting Inoo to explain the situation.
“Hikaru came in saying that Yabu wants to be a Johnny’s.”
“Ah.”
“I know right? And Inoo-chan here thought we’d send in applications together and be in a group and here we are now,” added Daiki.
Takaki looked as if he's contemplating something before talking again.
“Kei might be able to pass,” Inoo smiled at that, “I mean, you already look girlish.”
“Shut up, Takaki!” Inoo whacked him with a used towel.
“Dai-chan’s too short?” another whack by Daiki, “and Yabu’s too tall.”
A kick on the shin by Yabu.
“But of course, I’ll get in.” And with that, Hikaru, Yabu, Daiki and Inoo hit him in various places together.
At the end of the day, when the five friends left the cafe still laughing over it and laughed even harder when they passed the said billboard from earlier.
