Author’s Notes: inspired from the comic i was doing now entitled SMILES...
Summary: Kazuya Kamenashi, a transferee student in Kizuna Gakuen. When he entered the school, he discovered that he looks like Ryu Odagiri, Jin Akanishi's closest friend. As he tries to get close to Jin, will this work? fail? or it'll lead them to something else?
A promising model and at the same time a student of Kizuna Gakuen. This guy's name is Jin Akanishi, a third year student. Jin is a very quiet person and likes to be alone. His grades excel in their school, he is very famous among girls and also to guys. He is the captain of their school's soccer team, the president of student union/council and the usual spokesperson of their school during celebration and ceremonies due to his excellent english, they even call him Mr. Perfect. Jin is everyone's dream guy and everyone is dying to be his friend. Inspite of that, Jin has only four friends, and they are the only one's who Jin talks to. He only talks to other people when it comes to school and subject matter.
It was the first day of school and everyone's excited about it. You can here the laughter and loud voices of the students in the whole school. Outside the school, Junnosuke Taguchi, one of Jin's friends is waiting for Jin. After a few moments here comes Jin. He's riding a black Infiniti M45 car with his driver. When the students saw Jin's car, they surrounded it to greet him. Then Jin came out of the car when his driver opened the door for him.
"OHAYOU GOZAIMASU! AKANISHI-SAMA!!!" the students excitedly greeted Jin with a 90 degree-bow.
"Have a nice day young master." his driver said.
"Uh... Yukitaka" Jin called his driver.
"Yes young master?"
"You don't to pick me up later. I'll walk home ans maybe I'll be home a bit late"
"Ok young master , please take care," Yukitaka left.
"Yo! Jin!" Junno greeted.
"Hey, so, are we classmates this year?"
Before Junno could answer to Jin's questions the students greeted him too, "Ohayou, Taguchi-kun!"
"O...hayou..."
"Are the five of us classmates this year?"
"Uh, sorry about that. I looked at the list a while ago, but sadly Koki and Ueda are separated from us."
"Uh... Ok"
Classes already started and their teacher came to introduce. As usual, Jin is sitting at the back row beside the window, Junno is sitting infront of him, Maru sits beside Junno. Ueda should be the one sitting beside Jin and Koki beside Maru. Because they are in the other section, the sit beside Jin is vacant and the oen beside Maru is already occupied by another student.
"Okay class, seems like you have a new classmate" their sensei announced.
"Is the new student a girl?" one of the students asked.
"You'll know soon. Please, come in."
The new student opened the door and walked into the classroom and stood beside the teacher in front, "Introduce yourself now." the sensei said.
"Hai. Kazuya Kamenashi desu! Yoroshiku onegaishimasu!" the new student greeted his classmated with a smile on his face.
"Hey newby! You're darn cute!" one of the students shouted.
"Pi, for heaven's sake! Would you please shut up?!" another student said.
"Gome, Ryo."
Kame chuckled. "So, Kamenashi-kun, you'll sit at the back beside Akanishi-kun at the back row. Class, make sure to make your new classmate feel comfortable with you!"
"HAI!"
Kame went to his assigned sit and placed his bag on the floor properly. "Uh... Kamenashi desu..." Kame intoduced to his seatmate, Jin, "hope we can be friends."
Jin ignored him and continued to what he is doing, watching the sky. Maru and Junno saw the disappoinment from the new student's face with what Jin did.
"Domo, Taguchi-desu."
"Nakamaru desu, hajimemashite"
"Domo, Kamenashi desu, but you can call me Kame."
"Okay," the two smiled.
It is already their lunch break. The students in the canteen are so noisy, laughing, talking and many more stuffs doing. Kame is having trouble looking for a seat because every table is occupied. Yamapi was about to offer Kame to sit with him and Ryo but he saw Junno already asked Kame to join them.
"Crap," Yamapi murmured.
On the other table, Junno started to introduce Kame to the group.
"Kame, this baldy here is Koki."
"TAGUCHI! How many time do I have to tell you not to call me baldy?! Koki shouted.
"Kamenashi desu," Kame bowed.
"And this guy here is Ueda."
"Kamenashi desu."
"Ueda desu"
Kame notuced that Jin was not around.
"Anou... Where is your friend? The quiet one? I still don't know his name."
"Ah, Jin?" Koki asked, "he's probably at the rooftop now, that's his territory. He always goes there during break to be alone."
Junno then noticed that Ueda is staring at Kame.
"YO! Ueda-kun? What's the matter?"
"Nothing... It's just... Damn he looks like Ryu."
"Ryu?" Kame asked.
Maru kicked Ueda's knee and mouthed.
"BAKA!"
They didn't want Kame to know about Ryu that he looks like him because they thought that it may bother the new student.
The eating Koki suddenly spoke, "Yeah, Ueda's right. He damn looks like Ryu."
Maru kicked Koki's knee too.
"ITAI!!! What was that for, you old man?!" Koki shouted, "I was just telling the truth!"
"Who's Ryu... please, tell me..." Kame begged.
Maru and Junno looked at each other.
"Ok, since tou already knew about Ryu Odagiri, we'll tell you" Maru said, "Ryu is the reason of what Jin is now."
Kame looked puzzled.
"He's our friend since we're elementary. Among the all of us, he is the closest to Jin." Koki stated.
"Where is he?"
"He's gone." Ueda answered.
"What do you mean by gone?"
"He's dead." Junno replied.
"Gome..."
"Jin was once a very jolly person, he's got lots of friends, always smiling, laughing and joking. Everytime the six of us are together, it's always fun. Everyday, every hour, every minute and every second the six of us are together, we're always happy. There was no dull moment." Maru reported.
"What happened?"

"Ryu's late isn't he?" Jin said.
"Yeah, it's unusual for Ryu to be late, probably he's looking after their store." Maru agreed.
"Well, there he is at the other side of the street. Waiting for the lights to be green for the pedestrian." Junno announced with excitement.
"At last we can go to the karaoke now." Koki said.
"RYU!!!! HURRY UP!!!" Jin shouted to Ryu.
Ryu just waved his hand to Jin and smiled. The lights for the vehicles are now red and green for the pedestrian, so Ryu rushed to them.
"Sorry I'm late, you know that I have works to do in our store." Ryu apologized.
"It's okay Ryu, let's go." Jin said.
Ryu saw his reflection on a the glass wall of the store and fixed his hair. He noticed that the necklace Jin gave him is missing.
"What the hell? My necklace..." Ryu looked around, he found the necklace lying on the middle of the road, "minna, matte, I'll get that necklace, I have to get it... I won't let anythign happen to it."
"Ryu, don't it's dangerous, the lights for the vehicles might turn green anytime now." Jin restrained Ryu.
"No, it's very special and you know that."
"I'll just buy us a new one, don't worry, it's better that the necklace be gone. I won't let anything happen to you."
But Ryu was too persistent to claim the necklace and ran to the road. Suddenly, the lights for the vehicle turned green, a fast vehicle is coming and didn't notice that Ryu was still there becausr the driver was talking to someone on his phone. They saw everything what happened, Ryu flew from the crash and the road turned red with his blood.
"RYU!!!!!!!!!" the five shouted and ran to Ryu.
Jin was the very first person to reach Ryu and held Ryu with his arms and let Ryu's blood cover him, "Ryu! Ryu!"
"J-jin..." Ryu answered with pain.
"Sssshhhh... Don't talk Ryu, just open your eyes. The others are calling an ambulance." Jin tried to keep cool and comfort Ryu.
"There's... no need for that... my... body is... broken"
"Don't say something like that Ryu... you'll live..." after saying those words, tears began to fall from Jin's eyes.
"Jin, can you please put your ears... near my mouth, I'll tell you... something..."
Jin did as Ryu told him to do and listened to what Ryu is telling him. After that, Ryu already died.
"NO! NO! RYU!!!!!!!!!!!" Jin screamed.

"That's damn tragic" Kame said with sadness, "what did Ryu-kun told Jin-kun?"
"No one knows but Jin" Ueda answered.
"When did it happened?"
"Three years ago." Junno answered.
"I... I want to make him happy. Not because I looked like yout friend... but... I want to see the happiness on his face" Kame declared with determination.
"That's bloody impossible," Koki discouraged.
"Demo..."
"Even the four of us can't even make him smile"
"Matte" Ueda iterrupted, "don't you think that Kame has an advantage here? Well, I mean... he looks like Ryu, so there might be a possiblity that he can make Jin happy."
"Yeah, we're counting on you Kamenashi-kun" Junno encouraged, "Jin, Jin... is ike dead, we want he to feel that he's still alive"
"Hai! I'll do my best."
"Just tell us if you need anything, we'll give you our full support." Maru offered.
"Oy, brat, just promise us one thing." Koki said, "don't you ever dare to give up on Jin."
"I promise"
At the same time, Jin is at the roof top looking at the sky while eating his lunch.
"DAMN IT!" Jin cursed to himself, "how come that Kamenashi guy looks like Ryu?"
