Author’s Notes: inspired from the comic i was doing now entitled SMILES...
Summary: Kazuya Kamenashi, a transferee student in Kizuna Gakuen. When he entered the school, he discovered that he looks like Ryu Odagiri, Jin Akanishi's closest friend. As he tries to get close to Jin, will this work? fail? or it'll lead them to something else?
WARNING!!!: there will be a hug going to happen in this chapter from another girl to Jin...

"That's weird, Jin's still not here" Kazuya thought.

"Kazuya, do you know what's happening outside?" Mr. Kamenashi asked.

"Outside?"

"Yeah, there's something to be a reason for the commotion right?"

"I'll check it out," Kazuya went out of their restaurant, "Wow, people are really having commotion there," he tried to look on what's the reason of it, but people are blocking his way.

"Poor guy, he's been beaten really bad," one of the people said.

"What happened?" Kazuya asked someone.

"A poor guy got beaten up and was dropped here by some gangsters."

"I know him!" another shouted.

"Yeah! Me too! He's the model of Glee right?"

"Yup, his name is Jin right?"

"WHAT!? Get out of my way!" Kazuya pushes the people and rushed to Jin, "No... Jin!!! What are you doing?! Call an ambulance! NOW!" Kazuya demanded, then someone called.

"Moshi moshi... we have an emergency here, please send an ambulance immediately, HURRY UP!"

"Jin... hang in there, okay? The ambulance will be here..." Kazuya whispered and started to cry.

There's no response from Jin, he's totally blacked out.

"Jin..." Kazuya hugged him.

After 3 minutes, the ambulance came.

"Ka-san, I won't attend school today, I have to be there with Jin" Kazuya said.

"Okay dear, I understand, pleasie take care."

"Mom, please call Matsumoto-san, here's his number and please call Mr. and Mrs. Akansihi, thanks" Kazuya rode the ambulance and left.

At school

"Uh... Akanishi and Kamenashi are not here." their teacher checked the attendance, then someone knocked, "Come in!". The person who knocked went to the teacher and whispered something, "WHAT?! ok, thanks," the person left.

"Sensei, what is it?" Junno asked.

"Uh... wait, I... don't know how to say this that won't shock you"

"Just spill it" Ryo said.

"Uh... Kamenashi called... he said that..."

"That?" the class repeated.

"That Akanishi was rushed to the hospital this morning."

"NANDE?!" Junno and Maru asked loudly.

"Uh... Akanishi's got beaten up, and Kamenashi said... that he's in critical condition..." then their teacher lowered his head.

Suddenly, Junno, Maru and Ryo stood up and ran out of the room. Pi's face also changed its expression.

"Critical? What did they do?" Pi thought.

Junno went to section 2 and told Ueda and Koki what happened, and caught up to Maru and Ryo whom were waiting for them at the school gate and they ran.

"Shit... I wasn't even able to protect Akanishi-kun!" Ryo thought.

"Jin... Who ever did this, will pay." Ueda thought.

"Jin... please fight for us, for Kazuya"  Junno thought.

"We're coming Jin" Maru thought.

"Just hang in there Jin" Koki thought.

When they reached the hospital, they saw Kazuya, sitting outside the Operating room and looking down.

"Kazuya!!!" the five called.

"Guys..." Kazuya stood up. with teary eyes and looked at them, "Jin...", he ran to Maru and cried, "he'll be okay right? We'll see him smile again right?  His laugh, we'll hear that again right?"

"Hush... Of course he will Kazuya. Jin's strong, he'll make it." Maru comforted and caressed Kazuya's back.

Then Ryo punched the wall.

"AAHH!!!!" Ryo shouted.

"Ryo-kun..." Junno worriedly called.

"I... I wasn't able to protect him..." Ryo cried, "while he kept on protecting me from Yamapi!!! What if something will happen to him?!"

Ueda slapped Ryo.

"Baka! Don't you have faith in Jin? He'll be okay, he'll come back to us! I believe him!"

"U...eda-kun..."

"Ueda's right, Jin will be with us again" Koki agreed.

"Hai, gomen, I believe Akanishi-kun"

"Let's keep the faith to our precious one," Maru said.

After an hour, Jin's parents came.

"Kazuya-chan!" Mrs. Akanishi called.

"Akanishi-san,"

"Kazuya-chan, where's Jin?" Mr. Akanishi asked.

Kazuya lowered his head and said, "he's still inside the O.R. and the doctor's still not coming out to report to us."

"Dear..." Mrs. Akanishi cried to her husband, "Jin's gonna be fine right?"

"Yes dear, our son is strong. Let's just pray for him."

"Kamenashi!" someone called.

"Matsumoto-san? You came."

"Your mom called. Is it true... that Akanishi's...?" Jun asked.

Kazuya nodded.

"Do you know who did this?"

"No, the witnesses didn't see what really happened, they just saw some gangster left Jin near our house."

"Shit..." Jun kicked a trash can.

Then the doctor came out.

"Doctor, how's my son?"

"He's a bit stable now... What's worrying us is... he's been hit to his head hard. So we have to monitor his condition, but aside from that, he should be fine. He's very strong..."

"Thanks goodness."

They all sighed with relief.

"That's our Jin!" Koki shouted.

"Told you Jin will be fine!" Maru added.

"We'll just cover his wounds and the you'll see him, I shall take my leave." the doctor bowed and went back to the O.R.

"Kazuya, how are you feeling right now?" Junno consulted.

"I... I feel relieved... but I can't help it... to still feel worried to Jin..." Kazuya answered.

"Don't worry, the doctor said that he'll be fine right?"

"Un..."

After few minutes, the nurses were pushing the bed where Jin is. Jin looked miserable, his body's wrapped with bandages and there's a support wrapped around his neck. The upper part of his head was wrapped too, including his eyes.

"Oh my Jin..." Mrs. Akanishi cried upon seeing her beloved son's condition.

The nurses assembled the machines in Jin's room to monitor whether he's progressing or not and put an oxygen mask on Jin's face.

"Just call me whenever you need me" the doctor said, bowed and left.

"Jin..." Mrs. Akanishi held Jin's hand.

"Akanishi-san, don't worry too much about Jin. I'll stay by his side. I won't leave him." Kazuya said.

"Kazuya-chan... thank you so much..." Mrs. Akanishi embraced Kazuya

Two days passed, there was still no progress in Jin's condition and Kazuya didn't lef Jin even once. Surprisingly, Pi visited them.

"Kamenashi-kun..."

"Yamashita-kun? Thanks for paying a visit."

Suddenly, Jin talked.

"K-kazuya... Ya..mashi...ta" Jin groaned.

"Jin!!!" Kazuya responded, "Jin I'm here, don't worry."

"Yama... shi...ta.. I'm... sor...ry" Jin apologized.

"Akanishi, what the hell? I should be the one saying sorry."

"No... I...am... it's... my fault... sorry about... To...moyo.. K-kazu... don't get... angry to... him... please.."

"Jin, what are you saying? Yamashita-kun, what's he saying?"

"I... I am the one behind this... I am the one who asked those people to beat Akanishi. To take revenge." Pi lowered his head.

"You..." Kazuya gave a death glare to Pi, Jin suddenlt tighten his grip to Kazuya's hand.

"K-kazu... let him... tell... what hap...pened... in the past... between Tomoyo... and me..."

"Speak Yamashita" Kazuya demanded.

"Tomo-chan look, isn't he so handsome?" Tomoyo excitedly showed her little brother a magazine, who was a year younger than her.

"Hai." Pi nodded.

"His name is Jin Akanishi, he's only 15, same age as you. But he's already a model." Tomoyo reported.

"Sugoi, I wish I can be like him" Pi said with admiration, "Ne-chan do you like him?"

"ie, I love him," Tomoyo answered, "tomorrow, I'll start going to his school and give him presents."

"Hontou? You're so sweet ne-chan."

The next morning, like what Tomoyo said, she went to Kizuna Junior High, she waited outside for her loved one to arrive.

"Look, a student from our Senior High department. their uniform is really cool" one of the students said.

"Yeah, but what she's doing here? I mean, she went all the way from the Senior High building to here?"

"I don't know, but she's cute."

Then a white car came.

"That should be him" Tomoyo thought, she sighed to get some courage and held her present for Jin, it's a box of cookies.

Like the usual, Yukitaka opened the door for Jin and Jin came out. Then, as expected, Jin was popular during his Junior high days. His schoolmates gathered around him and greeted him.

"OHAYOU GOZAIMASU! AKANISHI-SAMA!!!"

"Ohayou," Jin greeted back.

Then a friend approached Jin.

"Ohayou, Jin."

"Ryu, ohayou."

Tomoyo gathered all the courage that she can get and approached Jin.

"A...akanishi-kun... Ohayou gozaimasu..." Tomoyo bowed.

"Ohayou, Senpai." Jin smiled.

"Akanishi-kun... here... I made some cookies for you..." handed the cookies to Jin.

"Hontou? Arigatou Yamashita-senpai" Jin accepted it.

Tomoyo blushed and got strucked, "he... know my name..." she thought.

Then Jin and Ryu went inside their school. When Tomoyo got home from her school, she excitedly told her little brother what happened.

"Tomo-chan!!!" Tomoyo hugged Pi.

"Ne-chan, okaeri."

"He knows me Tomo-chan! He knows my name!"

"Hontou?! How?"

"I dont' know, but what's important is, he knows me!"

"What did he call you?"

"Yamashita-senpai."

"That's great, he calls you senpai."

"Yeah, I'm so in love!!!" tighten her embrace to Pi.

"Good for you ne-chan."

"I'm definitely gonna bring presents for him everyday!"

"He's so lucky ne-chan."

"Nande?"

"Because he's the person that you love."

"Ow... Tomo-chan, you know that I love you too." gave a kiss on her brother's forehead.

Pi nodded and smiled.

It's been three weeks since Tomoyo started giving Jin presents, and their closeness seems to progress.

"Jin-kun, ohayou" Tomoyo greeted.

"Ohayou, Tomoyo-senpai."

"Jin-kun, here, I baked some brownies for you, I wish you'll like it."

"Huh? Senpai... you don't have to. I meant, you give me so much already. I'm getting shy to accept this."

"But, please, accept it. I made those for you. I'll be sad if you won't accept it."

"Mou... senpai."

"Just accept it Jin" Koki teased.

"Shut up baldy!"

"Jin-kun..."

"Okay, but this'll be the last.  I'll refuse next time..." Jin blushed.

"But... Okay, but you won't mind of I still pay a visit to my favorite kouhai right?"

"Hai, that's fine with me."

"Thanks, by the way Jin-kun, can you meet me later?"

"Sure."

"Ok, see yah!"

Then Tomoyo left.

That afternoon, Tomoyo was waiting for Jin at the park.

"Senpai, gomen, I'm late. The student council suddenly called for an emergency meeting." Jin apologized.

"It's okay Jin-kun, there's just something I want to say"

"Uh... what is it?"

"Jin-kun... anou... I don't know where to start... But... Since I made you come here, I should really say it, Jin-kun." Tomoyo looked at Jin's eyes.

"Hai?"

"I... I love you so much..." Tomoyo confessed.

"Se-senpai... *chuckles* please... stop making jokes."

"I'm serious Jin-kun, I love you." Tomoyo held Jin's shoulders and was going to kiss Jin.

"Senpai!" Jin shouted and stepped backward.

"Jin-kun... I... I am sorry.. I didn't mean to..."

"Senpai... Sorry... but... I can't love you. Goodbye." Jin started to walk away but Tomoyo managed to grab Jin's arm and embrace him.

"Jin-kun... please... I love you so much. I promise I'll be a good girlfriend to you. I'm not that hard to love. Please... I won't even be possessive, I'll let you do whatever you want, just love me back."

"Senpai... I can't, sorry... I can't force myself to love someone that I don't love..." Jin managed to get free from Tomoyo's embrace, "Senpai, let's just forget about everything like we didn't knew each other. Let's not meeat and talk anymore, goobye." Jin left.

"No... this can't be happening... NO!!!!!!" Tomoyo screamed.

Tomoyo ran home, crying and shot here door very loud.

"Ne-chan?" Pi ran to Tomoyo's door and knocked, "Ne-chan!"

"LEAVE ME ALONE!!!"

Suddenly a loud noise was heard, like something fell. Pi hurriedly took a hammer and smashed the door knob. When he managed to open the door, he saw his sister lying on the grounf with her pulse bleeding.

"Ne-chan!!!" Pi rushed to his sister, "Ne-chan!"

Pi carried her unconscious sister and ran her to the hospital which is only 2 blocks away from their house. It took a day for Tomoyo to recover. She wrote to her diary everything what happened. When she wrote Jin's last good bye, she started screaming and gone wile. Throwing things everywhere. The doctors came and injected her something to put her into sleep.

"Doctor, what will happen to Ne-chan now?" Pi asked.

"Your sister is emotionally bothered. There's a high possibility that her brain won't take any of her emotions and break down."

"What?! My ne-chan's not going to be crazy!"

"She's not going to be crazy. Her brain will just stop functioning very well that will put her into an imbercile state. It means, she'll be like staring at nowhere."

"This is you fault Jin Akanish" Pi thought.

~end of flashback~

"I'm... so sorry... Yamashi... ta... I should not.. had... told her that..." Jin apologized and you can see tears flowing on his cheeks even if his eyes are bandaged.

"Sweety, Jin, don't apologize to him... You didn't do anything wrong... You just became honest to your feelings, you can't really force yourself to love someone right?" Kazuya said.

"Akanishi *kneeled down, hands on the floor and bowed* GOMENASAI!" Pi apologized, "I should have realized earlier what Kamenashi-kun said."

"Yama...shita... I... understand you... You just... love your sis...ter that's why... you did that..."

"Does it mean... you forgive me?"

"Hai..."

"If Jin said so, then I'll forgive you too." Kazuya said.

"ARIGATOU GOZAIMASU!!!!" Pi bowed again.
