I feel really horrible tonight and should have gone to bed about two hours ago. Probably what I get for trying to lower the medication again. Will have to go back up tomorrow

Well if you go to ACen, and are not feeling well suddenly, you can always give me a call and ask me for help. I'll be there for you.
If you want to just hang out, or want to be with someone for your safety, don't hesitate to let me know.

Just please, please, don't push yourself, ok? I don't want to find you passed out somewhere.

The only major thing that I'm doing to my panel at 12:30pm on Saturday.
