There are a lot of images to show you, and it will take up a lot of space on the screen, so I have decided to link to all the photos instead. Last night I randomly decided to try and cure salmon at home. What was needed? 6 cups of sea salt and sugar with white pepper, baby dill and italian parsley. The filets have been resting for 14 hours so far.

I'm getting hungry even though I've just finished having lunch, haha.
I think nowadays I tend to get angry easily. I suppose I'd better have some chocolates one in a while when I feel irritated by something or someone in order to avoid getting angry... I also need to get an iron, I guess.
With respect to GTD, I'm doing that, but it seems to be not efficiently. As I said that the last time, it's working as references so far. I need to think about it, and it should be renewed, or take a new operation.
