I'm not so good in the cinematography and don't really know directors and their works, but seems festival films always are a bit strange.
Only couple of them that I've seen from our festival "Youth" were really good.
Unfortunately, ukrainian films on Berlinale are just a shit. Except, few of them that got the Bear a few years ago.

I'm thinking if that's James Franco the actor, who tried directing for once. If so, it sounds as if he really needs to get back to acting. *eew*

Arias With a Twist sounds great. I feel like I've heard that title before, but that was probably when you told what you were going to watch. And I love that at those festivals you actually get the chance to change a few words (sometimes more) with the directors etc. I once saw the movie "Eye of the Beholder" at Hamburg film festival and the director later asked us for our opinions, tried to figure out if he should change the editing etc. Great.

Your pictures are awesome as well. That poor dog... :(

yeah, but you see, all film festivals are like that.. even in Israel.
But berlin film festival is special in the way, that EVERYONE is there.

I guessed that much, but for me it was a first then.
So - did you see someone one might know? I'm rubbish at that - I probably wouldn't recognize a celebrity if he stood right in front of me. except for JB maybe ;)
