Yeah. I mean, my friend from elementary and middle school who now lives in New York. Who I haven't talked to for a real long time. But it sounds like his dad. He's gnarly at harmonica and is rarely (if ever) seen without his bowler. And it's an aged one. He also have some gnarly hair, though i haven't seen him in a while so I don't know if it's really white white or not. Really skinny, though? And potentially tall? Because that would be the guy.

He looked kinda short to me, but he was sitting down very low in an already pretty low car. Certainly skinny though.
