ok so i got in touch with the hotel and they gave me the run around, but i had to re reserve the room. anyways, all is good now. The total price for the weekend is $418.10. i originally thought that scottie was rooming with us, but i was mistaken. so that kinda sucks cause it more expensive with one less person in there. the total price divided ( Read more... )

I think there are actually 2 mystery people. My friend Mike and Lauren from the cosplay group. So, it should only be around $85 per person. I also know Heather's brother had mentioned being interested in going.

So, do you guys still have the van or are we still deciding on alternate transportation?

well we still have the van right now, but in case it is sold, we will need to do something else for transportation just in case. i didnt realize that there were so many people. so if everyone comes then it will be me you heather her brother mike lauren and baby? plus scotti in the car. if we took the van someone would have to sit on the floor cause the baby will take up one seat. in that case there is no way that we could all go up in one car. we would have to take two unless we rented one. i checked with enterprise and they have a minivan that would cost $56 per person and we would have enough miles free to make the trip there and back. So that is another option. i would prefer to only have to take one car. i just think that it would make things easier and more efficient, that way no one will have to wait for the other car of people to get there and make gas and food stops for two cars. what do you think we should do?

I don't know if Heather's brother is actually going to come, he just mentioned being interested.

I don't know if Heather and I will have enough money to also rent a van, I still don't work, so I don't know what we could do about that.

We'll have to see what Heather says when she gets home from work.

bloodysakura is Lauren. She is coming along with us. :3 You can contact her through her journal and Mike through his MySpace. He is in my top friends as Big Mike. I need to talk to my brother again to get an answer from him.

Rian and I are paying for everything ACen related with his IRS check. So we can pay you as soon as we get that. If it doesn't come before ACen, I am going to have to pay for everything out of my next paycheck, which sadly comes at 11pm the Thursday before ACen. o.O

yeah, this new job pays bi weekly so i will be getting paid the friday of acen. im praying that my direct deposit hits. if not, i wont have any money..that would suck! how are things going? i havent talked to you in a while!

So... how much is the total for ACen, and would it be possible for me to get in on it? I don't know if I can afford it yet (I will know Monday), but of course, that's only if it's not too late. The wedding I was going to go to, I'm not going to, because my girlfriend has to work. She found out... yesterday. Anyway, if it's not too late, and if I can afford it, I'd like to go.

there is room for you in the hotel and it would be 69 bucks per person if you came for the hotel and you would need gas and food money, but the cars and the van get good gas mileage so thats not to much. we could probably squeeze you in the can or the car or whatever we decide to take. do you want to come?

I get paid tomorrow, so I'll be able to answer tomorrow evening. I really do want to go, but if I straight up can't afford it, I just can't. I saved some money the past two weeks, so I should have some extra, so I'd say... 60% count me in. When are you planning on leaving? Also, I pack light.

ronnie, there is definately room for you in the car and the hotel room. if you want to come, please call me at 3144774367 so i can fill you in on the details more. but heres a quick outline.. everyone is meeting at my house on thursday night to pre pack the car and get everything ready for friday morning so that we can leave on time. i will need the money for the hotel room before we leave on friday. also, gas is probably going to be around 30 per person for gas, since gas in illinois is more expensive. but give me a call before 11 tonight or after 4pm tomorrow (thats when i get off work) and we can get you directions to my house. bring a pillow/blanket to use cause i only have one blanket.
