Why is it that when I'm sad/depressed I tend to over eat/eat when I'm not hungry? Like earlier today I fixed 2 mini pizzas and ended up eating one and 3/4s of the other one. I knew I shouldn't have eaten that much but I just couldn't stop myself...and I've been pretty much full from that all day but for some reason I started snacking on potato

Food is a comfort thing, it makes people feel better/distracts them. Your eating so your not thinking about your problems.

Next time your upset and get the munchies try popcorn...that shouldn't make you feel to fat
