I'm in a pretty good mood lately. I got to sleep in on Saturday and I only had to work 4:30-8:30 (yay for only working 4 hours on a Saturday!) and I had Sunday off. So yesterday my grandma and I started working on my Himeno costume and the skirt's pretty much done and we have the fabric and stuff to make the rest of it (which we're doing tomorrow

I'd say either one would work well.
What I did for Hitomi was take some brown fabric, cut it into triangles, sowed pink to it for the inside, stuffed it with doll stuff, then sowed up the bottom. Then hot glue them to hair clips.
I'm not doing the tail, so I have no way of telling you how to make it. But you can always try using a bowa.
