So, some of you may remember the trials and tribulations of Lani the kitten. Well, Daniel and I haven't got her spayed yet, and she's about 10 months old- and she's in heat. She is a totally indoor cat, never goes outside...anyway, I've never had a cat before her, so I've never seen one in heat before. She's been rolling around on the floor,

You sure she's a she? It might not be pee, it might be a male cat spraying. Damn male cats spray all over the place to mark their territory until you get em fixed.

ohh it's a she alright! She was popping squats and there is a distinct abscence of balls.

Sometimes they don't drop until the cat is around 6 months. I've had a lot of cats who looked like she's, no balls at all, and then one day boom, there they were, they just hadn't descended or were too small to see.

lol. That would be an unpleasant surprise!

Nah, I've taken her to vet before (for her first vaccinations) and they confirmed her sex.
