Back when I was a little kid, we had an old old Apple Mac that had a lot of shareware games on it. The one that sticks out in particular was a sort of point-and-click RPG (probably made using World Builder, as I discovered in my search for the game). That doesn't sound at all familiar, especially the detail about the dominant hand. I don't remember playing very many games though, to be honest - I know I did, I just don't remember them very well at all.

OK, I'd never have remembered that game. It does look kind of familiar from the screenshot, but that's about all I can say for it.
