Confirmed tornadoes in Westfield and Springfield. That's only a couple of towns away from me. Even worse, my little brother will be in Springfield later today (he's taking buses home from Wood's Hole, and Springfield is a transfer point). Am a bit panicked. Did manage to get in contact with him, though, and warn him; he's in Boston now.

I'm employed again. Another temp position, only slated for a month, but this time through a staffing agency, so maybe when it's over they'll send me to a new place fairly quickly...

I'm not sure if I should apply for this. On the one hand, they don't even really specify what the job will entail, and I don't have the degree they'd prefer. On the other hand, KITTIES!!! At the workplace!!!
