Pondering recipe options for potential Kingdom Arts & Sciences entries

I've finally finished a first draft of a spreadsheet of all the ingredients in  Libro di cucina/  Libro per cuoco. I was trying to decide what information I should focus on from it. Eduardo had a fantastic display last time, pre-cooked items that he kept warm in hot dishes/warming pans (though a slow cooker would work as well). He served the general populace on teeny paper plates and cups.

For your formal judging, I wouldn't worry about bite-size being an issue, you have a half an hour with them, they can eat a normal serving of something :) Just do something you can prep or cook ahead. Though check with the site, LOTS of these sites let us set up fire-pits in the courtyard!

If they would allow it and propane isn't banned I may also be able to borrow a propane oven that's big enough to accomodate full sized pies. I'd need to do some testing first to make sure I'm familiar with how it cooks, and if it cookes at all uneavenly.
