I hope you don't mind me asking: What book are the recipes from?

I don't mind sharing at all, in fact I love sharing and teaching! I'm trying to work my way through all 135 recipes in Libro di cucina/ Libro per cuoco (14th/15th c.) (Anonimo Veneziano).
I've got a separate blog that only has my food research here: http://allvenicechannel.dreamwidth.org/
I first started trying to do all the recipes in order, now I just work on whichever one appeals to me at the moment, and I can get the ingredients for.
There are a lot of recipes here that I've found to be good for various food restrictions too!! When I did an entire feast from only this one manuscript I was asked after I agree to make sure to have menu options for vegans, and I was able to work with the lenten options when I put together the menu. There are also gluten free options in this manuscript as well, if you look for them. :)
