My siamese went missing two Saturdays ago at the same time as my sister's black cat Malakai. I've just checked the local humane society's website and they have a siamese...that's male...with the same markings...called 'Sneak'. My cat's name is Sneaky. SOMEONE on my street KNEW what his name was and took him in anyway!!

If the humane society is a public entity (IE: Run by the city or county) they have to show the records. Then you can find out who dropped him off there. Why are they going to charge you $85 dollars if you have photographic evidence the cat is yours?

Because it doesn't matter to them and they don't care. I am uneligible to adopt my cat because I admitted that I had to adopt out my dog after Jeremy (sperm donor) left. I would have to have him transferred back to the city pound and pay $6/day from yesterday on plus $140 for previous care given and city fees, etc.
