Rough day today, work was good, though difficult with my back being out. But after I got off work, I went and saw a chiropractor, who looked me over and just kept saying, "wow... hrm.... yeah, WOW!" Telling me that my back, and my shoulders and my hips are all out of alignment, measuring me and telling me that I way a full 25lbs heavier on my right

I'm a tiny bit jaded against chiropractors the only one I went to when a little crazy overboard saying I had all these problems. when I crossreferenced with my doctor she said he was playing it up quite a bit.

Chiropractors are a real mixed bag. . . some seem to try to scare you into a lengthy series of treatments to address all the things they find 'wrong' with you, yet there are some out there that I felt really helped me with only a couple of visits. See my message to you on your FB. Feel better soon,
