I have read (and enjoyed) Benjamin's Dream. And The Stand (I'm assuming you're talking about the King novel) and Watchmen. But I could stand to read Watchmen again. It's been a while.
I suppose I should mention that I also read A Clockwork Orange last year, although that's not strictly post-apocalyptic...is it? I found it to be mildly annoying.
I don't think I'm interested in reading Behold the Man. Growing up in Christian tradition was enough exploration of the topic for me. Perhaps I'll feel differently in the future but for now...eh.
You might like The Year of the Quiet Sun by Wilson Tucker. I read it when it first came out--it talks about the at that time unimaginably distant future of the year 2000.
I re-read it not long ago and was very surprised to see how much the author got right.
The CrossOver seems to take a lot of effort for not as much reward as I personally would like, in so much as because There Must Be A Crossover Every 12 Episodes tends to manhandle plots that AREN'T crossover related. Maybe it's me.

Dunno whether that's to do with the copyright or the Christians. :)
