OK, so I am not up on anything Hollywood clearly, because I had no idea that Jamie Bamber was British.

Go watch this YouTube interview so you can hear him talk all Britishized. Skip the first minute; it's some boring movie he's in. :P

That is a huge difference! I had no idea he was British. And no idea he was quite so camp, either. Clearly he has good acting skills.

I agree totally - I much prefer the American accent.

He's a very nice guy but surprisingly short.

I guess I was fortunate, in that I was used to his voice from the excellent A&E "Horatio Hornblower" series, where he played Archie, the epileptic, doomed sidekick to Ioan Gruffudd's title character.

I've always found his American accent amusing, myself. :)
