Interesting stuff.

I'm always intrigued by this modern thought that vertical measurement of a person is always down to genetics, but horizontal measurement is absolutely 100% down to eating habits/exercise patterns...

It's really interesting stuff - and it makes a lot of sense.

This is SO true. I know I actually don't eat enough in a day!

It's also the reason why the Weight Watchers point plan is set up so that the more you weigh, the more points you get per day.
