Avoid Spirit Like the plague
We originally bought plane tickets to visit Shatasha's family in the summer of 2020. And, of course, those flights were canceled due to the global fucking pandemic. So we ended up with a stack of credit, which we atte.pted to get a refund on. Spitit denied the refund saying that they cannot refund credits....

We were supposed to fly out at 12:30, I am on a plane that hasn't taken off yet and it's 2 hours late.
