Looking back at 2015!

1. Favorite TV show: Almost certainly Fresh Off The Boat.
2. Favorite Movie: Hmm...Furious 7. But Sicario wasn't far behind.
3. Favorite Book: Oh, this one's tough. I think I'll go with Chernow's Hamilton, which inspired Lin-Manuel Miranda's musical of the same name. Close

Nice to see "Sicario" there. That would've also been my pick among the barely a dozen movies I saw at the theatre last year. In general there wasn't a single movie for me last year that lead to the enthusiastic reaction "I can't wait to see that movie again" or "I can't wait to buy the BluRay".

In totally unrelated news, while putting the next travelogue entry together, I just saw that this took place last night.

**high-fives** Lovely cinematography and score, and I really enjoyed the performances from Blunt and del Toro.

In general there wasn't a single movie for me last year that lead to the enthusiastic reaction "I can't wait to see that movie again" or "I can't wait to buy the BluRay".

I would say the same for me. I saw Furious 7 twice (and bought the BluRay), but that felt more like an act of pilgrimage as much as anything. It wasn't really about the movie, entirely.
