An update on how life is as a third year

So a lot of things are awesome about third year. You're finally out of the classroom, you get to interact with actual patients, and you start learning how to do the beginning of your medical career (note: you mostly learn how to be an intern, not a doctor. Well, I'm glad that being around like-skilled/talented people hasn't hurt your self confidence. I'm glad you've managed to juggle all of this so well, and that you aren't feeling hopeless. Though it's too bad the therapy isn't going well(guess my last comment looks silly now, considering ( ... )

Dude, I went up 1-2 cupsizes despite staying the same weight. So frustrating. Ebay has saved my bank account several times, as has bratabase and the braswap subreddit. Hopefully those help.

Erk, you poor thing. I've suggested those other places to her, but she's big on being able to try things on before getting them. Different brands fitting differently, and all. We ended up going with the brand she's been using for the last few changes, from Nordstrom. Though this is their absolute limit, so if she goes up anymore, it'll be UK mail orders and returns, depending on the fit. A lot of people swear by bratabase, though. Perhaps I can persuade her to give it a try sometime, since you both seem to be in a similar boat.
