moving is always an easy time to be anxious but since you have an actual plan set forth it shouldn't be too tough a venture. Personally before you do move I would take the time to visit your local post office and grab the mover kit. Inside it sometimes is a coupon for X% off of a moving van and that can help even better ease the transition. Also since you have a move date set you can fill out the card so you don't have any interuption in your mail service. Finishing that will help ease the process too as then you won't have to worry about bills or other papers with identity theftable information still being sent to your former address.

As to the two week notice I wouldn't worry about it as even doing so is considered a courtesy and no company I know of will hold it against you. However when you give it don't forget to ask if the company gives exit interviews or not.

If you have commentary you wish to give to your employer or want to get a refferal just ask for it in that exit interview.
