Kuruma ebi is just a type of large shrimp, they're actually called Imperial Prawn.
Kuruma= Car
Ebi= shrimp

As far as I recall, this is how it went down.

Jimmy Mackey:( points at a shrimp)Ebi is called 'shrimp' in English
Jin: Shrimp?
Jimmy: Yes, shrimp
Jin: (gears turning in his head) So Kuruma Ebi would be...car shrimp!
