Yes, in my head-canon this is a fairly regular occurrence. After all, Dick's mind is a smuttier place than Tim's (and Tim is so logical and literal), but that the thug got the sexual connotation in a statement Tim thought was innocent? Well, Tim will be living this one down for awhile. :)
