I kept seeing the news stories about the murders on TV. They were all over the evening news, as perfectly coiffed anchorwomen with makeup applied thick as Spackle with a trowel seriously discussed the body of another missing, drug- addled prostitute, her skin pockmarked, eyes dead, hair unkempt. Yikes!

At least he's getting this trash off the streets. Maybe they should give him a medal.
And this gives us a hint of the tiny seed that might once have been planted, that little glint of judgmental self-righteousness that bloomed to a horrible conclusion.

Tight and gripping throughout, and what a terrible thing to have one's own child do.
