That is so wonderful! My husband's mother reconnected with him aftwe 30 years of not knowing where he was (His dad had custody and moved around a lot.) She is a very sweet woman, and they talk on the phone every week. She's been to visit us several times, and we flew out to Montana for the first time this summer to see her home. I loved reading about your story of reunification!

I'm so glad you were able to find your sister and that you guys keep in touch. Those are the best kinds of stories.

This makes my heart smile. I'm a birth mother, and while I'm thankfully in an open adoption, some of my fellow birth moms are still searching for the children they relinquished years ago.

I'm now 56 and should've looked for my mother. I did find an older half sister when 11, who I did get to know. She passed at 42 of heart complications. She was not a good influence. ✌🐀✨
