I don't mean to alienate people. I really don't. But I guess it's just easier for me to be friends with people who like the same things that I do and believe the same way, too. Because I get really mad when people don't like the same stuff as me

I... am not entirely sure how to react to this entry, and it took me a few reads (and the helpful comments section) to actually get it. Because... I recognised myself. And I'm not sure what to say next.

But this is a writing competition. And so for writing that has and will continue to give me pause for thought, I guess that means you get my vote? :)
