Bryan Lunduke tells the story of a developer who, as Lunduke put it, was "banned from the C++ Standards Group for using the word 'Question' in a technical document".
The title of the video puzzled me; though not enough to click. I had no idea what could be wrong about the word question. Several days later, Bryan posted another video, with a more detailed treatment of the story (by that time, the developer had published his account of the incident). This time, intrigued by the puzzle, I listened.
As it turns out, the developer's offence was that he presented a paper under the title The Undefined Behavior Question, and someone in the audience got offended because the title reminded them of the phrase 'the Jewish question'.
I would never have guessed.
Also, this is madness.
