As for your belt dilemma...if Rose does have it, you could always try 'porting in while she's asleep, see if it's there and if so, grab it and get out; none the wiser. (grins lightly)

Hmm...have you tried using the computer at the Tower to find her? Or starting from the last known place she was at. That could be a start.

We lost track of her location after she was locked up.
