Second episode of The Blank Book ^^
I wonder, why I'm always make story when I'm super sleppy??
oh well, at least the second episode is up now ^^
Chapter 2. The Kroll
“KYAAA!!”
I’m too shock seeing some light coming out from book that make me can’t even think. I’m throwing that book to the ground, take my bag and running away. I don’t care where to. I just don’t want to be in there any longer. Anywhere is fine, as long that thing is not around me. I’m just keep running as fast as possible. People who see me might as well laugh and saying I’m running like I was chase by some ghost. I don’t care about my surrounding anymore. I don’t care if they laugh or what. I just can’t get off my mind from the book, and its make me scared.
I’m too tired, I can’t run anymore. I feel dizzy and find it hard to breathe. I think I’m running to long. So I’m stop and trying to catch my breathe. Before I realize it, I’m already in the middle of city. I can see people walking, someone riding bicycle, cars passing through, it’s so noisy. After keep standing for quite a time, my head feel a bit refresh. I can feel sweat dripping from my cheek, my legs trembling because I’m running to long. I find a cafe nearby, find a place to sit in outdoor and order some drink. After running like crazy, right now I feel calmer than before. I can feel the wind blows, but its different with what I smell in the tree. I just can smell city scent. Scent of smoke and perfume.
I’m trying to enjoy my drink slowly. But, its just too boring seeing people passing through and talking about stupid thing. I finish my drink quickly and pay for it. Because I don’t have anything to do, I think I should go home. My parents not gonna ask me why I’m going home quick. They not even know when school is finish. I don’t even think they care about me.
When I’m arrive at home, I quickly go to my room and put my bag on the bed. When I turn around, there is something familiar with me in my table. It’s a book with white color and some graffiti in the cover. This time, the book not just glowing. Its open by itself and something coming out from it. Something small and have a human form. Except for the sharp ear, transparent wings in the back and the extra mini size of body, everything just looks like human. This time, I can’t even yell. I’m just standing still and keep staring at the elf-like thing that coming out from the book.
“Are you Lucia?”
“……”
“… I take that as a yes. Well, you are the one who think life is boring right?”
“What?! How…?”
“Of course I know it. I’m a kroll after all. Ah, by the way, my name is Kairi”
“What?! You are a troll?!”
“Kroll!!! I’m not the same with a troll! It’s different!”
“Whatever. Just tell me, what are you?”
