I think you could really benefit from having a friend that isn't a villain.

Would you add me?

Oh my, I just noticed that. There are quite a few of them, huh?

Turn down a friend request from Batman? I think not!

I'd hate for you to think I'm following a trend, here. Because, you know, I really need to be more of a trend setter, being Bruce Wayne and all.

Would you like to do lunch sometime? You can IM me at mastah wayne on AIM if you'd like to set up a date. Otherwise, you could send me a livejournal message.

I'd love to be added by you.

You, following a trend? Never! It's not your fault that your friends all coincidentally decided to add me at the same time.

I'm afraid that, geographically speaking, I'm a bit far away from your neck of the woods, but I'll definitely look you up should I ever find myself in Gotham. And you may certainly be added. =)

Of course, silly me. With all these citizens of Gotham suddenly clamoring to get one of these livejournals, I have to admit that I occasionally forget that there are those who do live quite far away. My mistake.

I'll add you back, then.

I'm a pretty open person and I dont judge anyone for what they have to say (unless for whatever reason the person is complete fucktard and has no idea what they're talking about).
I can't say I know Tai Chi, or know how to snowboard or even know how to fix a flat...but I could pretend to know..ok, ok..i'm kidding.

And I have, as you probably have guessed, nothing against gay/lesbian people at all, so no issues there!(heck I live near SF, it would be wrong if I had issues with gay/lesbian rights and the like)

Ha, you didn't have to comment here! But I am glad you did!

I was pretty sure based on your following of the As the Batman Angsts drama that you didn't have a problem with that, so I wanted to just make sure on the religion thing. I have people of all faiths on my flist who I get along with, but in all cases they're the exceptions, and I tend to clash really badly with the rule, if you know what I mean. I'm now being really careful about who I friend because I don't want sexuality/religion/politics drama in my journal, as I think it brings out a bad side of me.

The Tai Chi thing is a Hannah Montana song reference. XD I cannot do any of those things, either, although I am totally a rockstar and am pretty good at skiing.

Ah, see I know nothing of Hannah Montana, so That would be why I didn't get that. lol. I pretty much live under a rock...I think the most I watch on tv is the pbs shows and the most music I get is what is on the radio when I do driving or whatever CD(which I have like one and its BSB) in my car(and my daughter loves it, so it gets played a lot).

And religion...I was raised southern Baptist.. but my views are very open. I even married a (jack) Mormon, and he shares the same views as I do. We believe there is a God, and we analyze the Bible and other religious books and just consider that when we die we'll know for sure.

We're also leaving it open for our daughter to decide what she plans to do with herself and her religious aspects. He dont want to force something on her just as we had done by both our parents.

ok, i'll stop rambling.
another words, its not an issue.

Maybe she'll still be around when your daughter is old enough to like her! (I adore Hannah, it is not a joke). I probably watch more kids' TV than anything else. Well, that and brain documentaries. You know you're at a bar with grad students when one of them starts a story with "OMG, you guys, I saw the coolest birdsong documentary last night..." XD (I attend grad school Nerd Academy, if you did not know this ( ... )

Hi! This is, ah, Clark Kent. Superman could do with more friends on this journal. I-if you don't mind. That is.

Tell Superman that I'd be much obliged and am happy to have him (and you, as well, of course).

Ah, someone else who would be willing to discuss religion with me and not be offended by what I have to say... if that is anything to celebrate about at all.

I'm going to be quite stalkerish here and tell you that I've read your lj before it was "friends only" and devoured your FFN page. I'd totally be interested in reading and commenting on this (part of the reason I got an lj, actually).

At risk of sounding pleading-- wanna be friends? :D

Aww, hi! I stalked people in the past and was too afraid to say hi, and I'm really glad you did. Of course we can be friends. =) I'm honored that you like my FFN stuff, although I currently hate most of it except for Flip Turn.

And I don't promise not to be offended, but if you don't have a wish to argue with what I said in this post, you shouldn't have to worry about that.

Yay, stalking love! And I don't know how you could possibly hate Bright Line or Cognitive Dissonance, since I'm completely in love with them. They're extremely popular too. I was all excited when I read them to find out what happened next, until I realized that they hadn't been updated in about two years, and it wasn't likely that they were going to be very soon.

That made me slightly depressed. xD I mean, they're creative, extremely well written and I'm addicted to them. D: Oh no, dilemmas!

Oh lord, those stories. I have a love/hate relationship with them. On the one hand, they got me into writing seriously and made me a ton of great friends, but on the other... man, I had so much to learn. I'm very sorry that you had to get introduced to my writing through those particular stories, but I'm happy that you liked them regardless of my newbie-ness. I have much better writing now. Promise. XD

One day I would like to finish them (I was pretty close), but my writing has improved so much that I don't know if I'd be able to fight the urge to just rewrite the whole thing. It'd be so incongruous with my writing today, so I'm afraid it'd look weird to just pick it up again. But I might consider it if enough people really, really want it.
